In cases where advanced data recovery is required (for example, when a storage device is physically damaged or inaccessible), we may, with your consent, send the device to a reputable third-party data recovery specialist. In such cases, we will inform you in advance and ensure that the third party is contractually obligated to handle your data confidentially and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
9. Data Sharing and Disclosure
- We do not sell your information to any third parties.
- Your data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in delivering our services (such as IT hosting, hardware suppliers, or regulatory authorities), but always subject to appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

- We may store data with reputable IT hosting or cloud service providers, always under contractual obligations that require protection of your information in line with POPIA.
